Our 3rd night in HK we were finally able to eat at Aqua (aka Aqua Roma, Aqua Tokyo, Aqua Spirit). After having a huge lunch at the Press Room we decided to keep the meal light with some (amazing) scallops, japanese style eggplant wrapped in wagyu beef & a little pizza. At 8pm the Symphony of Lights put HK on show and we had the perfect view! Obviously the photos don't do it justice as it was 'romantically' dark at Aqua but trust me it was a treat.
