During the week I attended a lovely breakfast with the ASOS team to preview their upcoming 2014 collection. We were treated to toasted muesli, eggs and pastries (as seen on my instagram, of course!).

A few styles from the preview I had my eye on were the lovely boho dresses, embroided bags, bright clutches and patterned jackets. 

I wore my new favourite heels again which I have to say are extremely comfy for their height! I've had my eye on them since last year so I'm so happy to welcome them to the family. Love them.

Summer Shorts

These shorts are my new summer babies! Been wearing them over and over again since I bought them in Hong Kong even though they're about two sizes too big for me. I'm very much enjoying low cut, slouchy style, denim designs that we are seeing back again this year because they are so damn comfy (not to mention effortless)! This time I paired them with this wicked Yeezy tee and trusty boots for brunch down by the marina.

Black & Stone

Apologies for being MIA on the blog! On Thursday I had the biggest all-nighter ever. If only it wasn't due to a uni assignment, but alas it was. Terrible! Thankfully my uni load is getting smaller and smaller until exam time in a few weeks so stay tuned for some fun outfits & projects coming up!

I'm loving this dress. The first reason being that I was able to wear it out last night in the city for dumpling and cider at the Sydney Night Noodle Markets and then again today to the beach. Secondly, the print is wickedly understated. The best kind!

HONG KONG: Aqua

We are coming to the end of my Hong Kong photo diary! Our 3rd night in HK we were finally able to eat at Aqua (aka Aqua Roma, Aqua Tokyo, Aqua Spirit). After having a huge lunch at the Press Room we decided to keep the meal light with some (amazing) scallops, japanese style eggplant wrapped in wagyu beef & a little pizza. At 8pm the Symphony of Lights put HK on show and we had the perfect view! Obviously the photos don't do it justice as it was 'romantically' dark at Aqua but trust me it was a treat.

HONG KONG: Pool plays

The afternoon after the Typhoon, the sun came to play and we were able to squeeze in a quick dip in the pool at our hotel! A moment I'll never forget is floating on my back in the pool looking up to see the  tall buildings of Hong Kong towering over me on all sides. I could never have imagined that something so artificial and made of concrete could be so beautiful but seeing these apartments in the flesh is mind blowing. 

I got to wear my Penny Wanderlust bikini by Triangl. I love these styles so much and to make sure the top was right I just ordered the Large top and adjusted the straps. Easy! So for all those chicks on instagram asking about sizing, I ordered the Large top and Small bottoms.

HONG KONG: Day 3

I have to say I think day 3 of Hong Kong was my favourite! This isn't even the whole day of photos. After the Typhoon had passed by HK the sun came out and the shops were all open again by noon. We spent the morning in Causeway Bay shopping at Forever 21 and Sasa (wicked make-up stores that have everything!) then caught the train over to Central to see a few market stalls and of course a bit of Topshop. By lunch time the heat was getting to us so we stopped off for an amazing 3 course meal at The Press Room. I had an delish soup, vege burger and scrummy berry dessert.
