DAY 5 OUTFIT: I love Fridays [MBFWA]

Friday was the best day of fashion week for me! Everything is so much more relaxed and everyone is much better fun. I went for a double whammy in red and was lucky enough to be photographed by amazing street style photographers Candice Lake (for Vogue), Mr. Newton (for Harper's Bazaar) AND Facehunter. 

Darren from Boy Moments (excellent events blogger!) is so amazing with people so I wasn't surprised when I found him chatting with Rumi (fashiontoast) and Colin on Friday and decided to get a quick snap with Rumi. Photos plus street style snaps to come next!

Spin Dizzy Fall - MBFWA film Part 1

I had so much footage from MBFWA that I've split my Fashion Week film into two parts! Here's the first! Day 1-3 including behind the scenes, bloggers and runway shows.

Take a step into my world and see a real perspective of Fashion week from a bloggers eyes. As anyone who attends fashion week knows, it's not always glamour. Sometimes fashion week consists of lines, the fashion flu, falls but always tonnes of fashionable AND un-fashionable fun.

I ended up enjoying the collection from Kristi Rose including the gold cut out pieces.

DAY 4 OUTFIT: Eggshell [MBFWA]

Thursday was a short day for me and my vintage eggshell coat (also lovingly referred to as 'The Egg') kept me snuggley all morning! First I headed into the city to attend a blogger breakfast held by The Iconic and Breakfast With Audrey. Danish and tea, yum!


The weather held out amazingly during the week even though the forecast was for rain oh rain!
After wearing bright prints and denim I decided on a last minute neutral look. This began as my version of the 'all white' look because unless it's a white dress I'm not sure if I would wear an all white outfit.

DAY 3 OUTFIT: ITS ON like Style.com [MBFWA]

It really made my day when I was informed that I was snapped by Tommy Ton himself, one of the best street photographers in the world, and featured on Style.com (here)! I had no idea he took the photo so it was pretty exciting. 

My Shakuhachi overalls made their debut on day 3 of MBFWA! These photos were taken in the morning after the Lisa Ho collection show which was held at the Art Gallery of NSW. Hiding underneath is my new favourite top which fits like a glove!

Above: On Tuesday I was lucky enough to watch one of my own friends, Nicole Warne, not only walk in but open the show for Talulah! The collection was filled with lovely pastel and sheer pieces. 

Above: Last year I attended the Bowie collection show which was the closing show for the week. This year the collection was filled with lots of white and gold textured gowns. Again sheer and mesh were featured along and of course, the peplum.
