(wearing: bag - Loveholics, blouse - (from the new collection) state of georgia, skirt - Sgt Sookie and my favourite platforms from rubi)

I am in such a relaxed mood today.

There's music playing, a vege breakfast for lunch and lovely new clothes to put on for the first god damn day of spring, people!

I want every day from now to go extra long so summer is stretched out for as long as possible.

This is probably the most I've ever missed summer and there's only good things to come.

I got to prance around in this outfit along with this perfect sized bag from Loveholics (Sydney based too, bonus!)

SPIN DIZZY FALL for General Pants

Photobucket

In this post I mentioned Luke and I were asked to be involved in the new campaign for General Pants and here are the final images of 'In With The New'.

I had three looks for Knits and Luke had Summer Singlets.

Also below is a screen grab from the current home page at General Pant Co.

I am actually jumping as high/hard as I can (so hard I was puffing after) in this shot which explains the falling/weird/scary facial expressions.

(wearing: Lisa Ho blazer, vintage 'The Beatles' tee, mimco bag, cheap monday jeans, castle ring via Sgt Sookie, vintage belt and shoes.)

This is what I wore to the 'Labyrinth by Camilla' show at MBFF in Sydney. (Also please ignore the weird lighting in the photo above!)

I also wore this amazing fairytale castle ring from Sgt Sookie (below) that also doubles as a weapon when on the streets late at night!
I reviewed the Camilla Franks show for HP which you can see here on their facebook page. I'd love it if you'd vote for my review and you could have the chance to win a HP Envy!
Here's some photos of the venue, my lovely blogger buddies, backstage photos and dinner!

first at the arm party

Tonight I attended the Camilla show at the MBFF to review it for HP as one of their 'VIBs' (means Very Important Blogger apparently)!

Though for now I wanted to show you the first friend ship bracelet I made. I made them when I was younger and I've been meaning to make a couple for ages but only got around to it on the train rides home from uni during the week.

If you follow me on twitter (here) you'll remember I posted this photo when I was halfway but now its done and I wore it to the show today with a couple other bracelets from an indonesia trip. Even though I should probably be studying on the train rides home I'm hoping to expand the 'party' and have a stack by summer. Here is an amazing DIY tutorial on Honestly WTF if you want to plan your arm party too.

GENERAL PANTS Behind the Scenes

Photobucket

Not long ago the team at General Pants asked me and Luke if we wanted to be involved in their new campaign 'In With The New'. We seemed to fit into the shoot considering the work we did with them at Splendour and we were their 'newest' contributors/pals.

So here are some behind the scenes shots from the day.
My hair was put up and in braids which was pretty unusual for me as I'm normally seen with my hair down. I was also made to jump which didn't end well because I know I have a terrible (scary!) sports/action/concentration face! Luckily being out of my comfort zone didn't stop me from enjoying myself and taking in what goes on behind the scenes.
Luke got to play with a yoyo in his shots and was awesome of course (one of those kids that's just good at everything!) so I'm looking forward to seeing the final shots!

Below: props, awesome studio set, my new 'Merci Beau Coup' dress from Toi Et Moi, batman, filming a video with the amazing Tash (head of womenswear at GP and also once half of the blog 'They All Hate Us'), vintage cameras and Lukes shoot.

ELLIATT at The Wonderland

Photobucket

If you follow me on twitter you'll remember me and my lovely blogger buddy Jess (tuula) visited the amazing team at The Wonderland to preview the debut SS 2011 collection from ELLIATT. The collection has covered the key trends for this spring and summer including neon colour tones, detailed lace and even laser cutwork design that fuses 'Hollywood poolside glamour meets Twiggy'.

The collection will be in stores from September and I'm looking forward to seeing more from ELLIATT in the future (and on this blog *insert obvious wink here* Keep your eyes peeled lovely readers!)
Here are some photos of some pieces at The Wonderland and my "breakfast" (lunch) with Jess.
